Inspire Property Partners was co-founded by partners Simon Mercieca, Steve Brazil and Nicholas Bentley, who between them have over 30 years’ experience in property investment.  

Our expertise lies in identifying opportunities to buy and develop residential properties and add value through quality refurbishment.  We aim to provide desirable and quality living accommodation and obtain optimum outcome for tenants and homeowners and our business.

Our core investment area is the South East of England, where we have an established property portfolio, built from our extensive experience of the local market and leveraging of expertise from trusted investors and partners.

Before we invest in any property, we perform an in-depth deal analysis to evaluate its potential returns, applying a variety of scenarios and stress testing to obtain an accurate calculation of acquisition, financing, build and development costs and post-completion profitability potential.
